We suggest renting as soon as possible to guarantee your best pricing. We ask for 7 days notice of a reservation but will make every effort to fill any order.

No problem! We can change the date of a reservation or refund the rental, delivery, and labor fees up to the day before the selected pickup or delivery date. The only non-refundable fee is the reservation fee of $25.

Yes! All of our ceremony packages come with a lapel mic for the officiant and all reception packages come with a wireless handheld microphone for toasts.

Absolutely! We have several packages based on the size of the wedding or we are glad to customize something for your individual needs. Uplighting starts at $8 each and dancefloor lighting is mostly the same!

They are for up to 7 days, giving you plenty of time to pick up and return itmes on either side of your wedding!

We offer reception and veremony systems for various sized guest lists. Just choose based on the number of guests you plan for. If you’re right on the line, know that you can always turn a larger sound system down, but you can’t turn a smaller one up once it’s maxed out.

If you are having the events in the very same space, you can definitely get away with just one. We’d recommend the reception system and then adding whatever microphones you need for the ceremony. However, if they are in two different spaces, we strongly recommend getting both so that you’re not dealing with the stress of trying to relocate equipment in between the ceremony and the reception.

Yes! Our wedding packages make it easy to DIY your wedding reception with both professional lighting and audio. It’s far more affordable than a DJ and you’ll be able to choose exactly the music you want your guests to hear.

You are welcome to pick it up or we do offer both delivery and setup services. We offer delivery and pickup within a 25 mile radius of one of our stores for $173.40. Labor for setup and teardown is determined by the amount of equipment in your cart. All 3 options are a part of the checkout process in the Shipping field. If you need delivery outside of the 25 mile radius, give us a call at 502-456-5250. We may be able to help!
