Our V.I.P. GOLD Service is the option of choice for the professional K.J. as well as those needing a higher level of service for their special events.

V.I.P. GOLD service includes:

First out the door shipping. V.I.P orders are processed before all others, lessening the probability of a backorder and insuring that the order is processed the same business day that it is received. Orders received after 6 PM EST are processed the next business day.

Insurance:

VIP orders are fully insured against loss or damage in transit.

Backorder Support:

If any of the items on your order are out of stock at the time of your order. You will receive a phone call from one of our Gold Service team members to notify you of the out of stock item and assist you with all available options

Telephone Support:

V.I.P. orders are eligible for full phone support. If you have any questions about your VIP order, simply contact the V.I.P department with your V.I.P order confirmation number at 502-456-1500

Hand Delivery:

V.I.P orders are hand delivered to the Airport mail distribution facility. This is done to expedite shipping time as quickly as possible and insure that your VIP order gets in the mail stream on the same business day that it was ordered
